While progress is apparent on-screen, efforts to make sports broadcasting more diverse behind the camera seem to be having a much slower impact. And this is not just an issue with ethnic origin. There are also representation issues across class, gender, age and disability. In this session, experts reiterate the importance of diversity before offering up examples and practical steps that broadcasters can take in order to promote equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion.
