Calling all young creatives aged 19-30 living in Greater London with a passion for creating compelling content and a desire for a career in media.

Get ready to apply for 6 weeks of FREE intensive digital and broadcast media training delivered by the BAFTA-winning charity MAMA Youth and BAFTA-winning company, Licklemor Productions. Our award-winning training opens doors into the industry while teaching you how to excel in production across multiple platforms.

You'll learn the tools and techniques needed to succeed in a real-life, collaborative and fast-paced environment. Our unique training model provides practical hands-on experience in content creation while working within a production company. Participants will finish the training with a working knowledge of the multi-disciplinary skills required for entry-level jobs in the industry.

The training is full-time, Monday to Friday. Full attendance is required, so you must be available throughout. Due to the nature of production work, some evening or weekend hours will be needed on filming days, so flexibility is essential.

When you successfully complete the training, you'll become a MAMA Youth Project alumnus and join our talent pool. Benefits include six months of support from a professional Talent Manager, mentoring from industry professionals, and exclusive access to apply for jobs with our industry partners, including Warner Bros. Entertainment, Disney, Banijay, Fremantle, Paramount, Pottermore Publishing, Gravity Media, ITV, BBC Studios, Whisper, Audible and many more.
